Synos rhythm left deviation abnormal T axis .is it serious?rest of the report isnormal

My father is 73 years old. His is bp patient and diabetic also. His 2 arteries 80 % blocked and one artery is 60 % blocked . He is taking medicine to prevent heart attack . Can angioplasty is possible in this case?

I have normal tests ofECG ,2D echo , TMT . But still I am having a pain in chest at both the sides of sternum (4th costocondral junction). Also at apex of heart and back pain below medial border of scapula. The all pain is located as a single point at above given locations differently. Plz tell me the reason and what should I do???

Test done for high blood pressure problem 99/150 / / 105/155 and some blood in urine before 3months and testing done in aiims.
