Heart Problems & Remedies

I consider myself quite fit and healthy, and I’m pretty young. But I’ve noticed I have a consistently high heart rate, sometimes to the point where it’s hard to fall asleep. Is there a problem, or is it just something I should let go?

For high cholesterol man. 1kg milk per day are useful or not please suggest how much dose of milk are enough

Iam 24 year old obese weighing 125 kg from past one week iam getting numb&burning sensation in fingers&toes of hand and foot I frightened thinking of diabetes and went to endocrinologist he examined&wrote GTT,RFT&lipid profile my sugar levels are normal but in lipid profile total cholesterol is 220 and LDL 120 vldl 61 triglycerides 395 doctor adv me to exercise regularly but I am observing heavy pulse rate&iam waking up at night and my heart is racing fast& my BP is high b/w 140/90 to 155/90

I always feel anxious as i m getting heart attck or i will get later . I dont have any pain and i do exercise regularly my weight is also fine 79kg . I feel palpitations when anxious

Pain in my left hand's finger to shoulder from last two days.I feel relief in night but it continues with wake up.sometimes I fill heart beats for few seconds.

My husband facing some kind of pressure on left side since 20 days , show to doc also did few test ecg also, ecg normal and only in the nite time now they asked us do endoscopy but we r worried they r not diagnosing properly, what is the problem plz tell me

BP with 150/100 n having head n left side chest pain since 10 days im Nagesh from Hyderabad im 29 .

Patient age 61 with Normal LV function, EF 60%, no RWMA, MR trivial , Grade 1 LV diastolic dysfunction, concentric LVH no other changes in valves, No clot/vegetation/pericardial effusion , chamber dimensions are normal ,. stress TMT showed no arrythmia No Chest pain , Normal HR and BP response, significant St changes in leads II, III, AVf, V4-V6 ,

I have suffering from chest pain, specially during coughing... Ecg v1 v3 abnormal, 102bpm heartrate.... I am a chronic smoker from 30 yrs ... Please suggest what to do
