My father had a terrible attack of heart pain, I don't know of what . He almost suffocated. Doctors told that all the reports were normal but he couldn't find the reason. We investigated and found that the cholestrol level was 305. It may take 3 days to visit the best hospital of country. KINDLY HELP!!!!

My mother have been asked to consult a cardiologist since her TMT is mildly positive. May i know what does it mean and what are the risks?

Hi I have undergone a regular Medical health checkup arranged by my employer. My ECG reports were ok but TMT was mildly positive. Doctors recommend me to have low fat food and 30 mins exercise on daily basis. Is this a cause of worry? What should I do? Please guide.

Hello Dr. .... My father is 74yrs old . He is suffering from diabetes (20yrs), BP(5yrs), constipation and general fatigue and weekness. He has this problem of chest pain whenever he walks for around 100-150 m since last 2 yrs. When he takes rest for sometime then there is relief and he can walk a similar or lesser distance again. Recently, we visited Dr Purushottam LAL at Metro heart institute, Noida. He suggested Angiography, as he does the shorter version of catheter angiography through the arm. I checked on the internet there is non-invasive angiography called 64/128slice CT angiography. My question is, should we go for the 64/128slice CT  or  (through arm) catheter Angiography, and why ? Your kind response is awaited. -Devesh

I am 24 years, a researcher in Hydraulics Engineering field. My height is 173 cm and weight is 86 kg. I feel some time little pain in my left side of chest. My have gone through ECG which was normal. My BP readings of last five times I visited to doctor is following in mm of Hg. 130/90 PR 130/90 140/106 PR 102/m 140/90 PR 122/m Please help me
