I was having 3 blocks at my heart and angioplasty and stent insertion was done.I am not having any other problems after that. So Doctor can I come back to the same lifestyle, that I followed before like driving and other manual work? What should I change and what should I give importance in my lifestyle now?

I have been suffering from hypertension since 2 years. Have been on betablocker medication nebicard 2.5
In doctors clinic , it is little high i.e. 150/90 whereas when taken at home it is 130/ 78. Sometimes i do have slight chest pain .ecg is normal. Should i take more medications to lower blood pressure or is it ok
