When my heart beats fast, it started my back pain. So what is it cause aldo i have a chotochondritis disease.

My age is 24 sometimes only like once in a blue moon i feel slightly minor pain in heart with breathing only this happens like once in a month its very less pain only with breathing. is there something to worry about ?

I have gone through asd device closure in 2008 and i have hypothyroid since 2015, since last 3-4 years i feel tightness in chest,palpitations,dizziness and skipping heart beats i suffered from sudden techycardia(heart rate was around 250) on 16th dec 2017.All reports are ok as per doctor he prescribed me metxl 12.5 twice daily I just want to know for how long i need to take this medicine.Is everything Ok with me?I still feel uncomfortable some time and i fear a lot.

My mother has taken echo test it's written that trivial TR with mild pah(RSVP 29 mm hg+ RAP) detected .and grade 1 dualistic dysfunction .trace MR.what does it mean? Pls help and tell me as doctor is not available and i am so worried

I've been having what feels like constant heart palpitations for 3 days. I've had them for years but I'll occasionally get a couple a day and maybe even a few weeks in between. I've had this for 3 days and seems to be abou 10 mins apart. I'm panicking about them, no pain but occasionally seem to take me breath away for a min second. Do I need to go to a and e? Or can I wait for a docs appointment next week
