I had undergone a chest xray as a part of pre employment medical checkup.in the result it says keft hila midly prominent possible vascular due to rotation.Is it an issue?

No. When the roentgenogram is not taken in proper PA view, a slightly oblique view may give erroneous images. Remember heart and vascular tree are negative shadows
