1) You have very high triglycerides level 2) ECG shows a bifascicular block
Next Steps
1) Get a TMT and echo 2) Cut down on carbs and fats. Excercise 3) Start Fenolip 145 mg OD after dinner 4) Inform echo and TamT reports. Do echo before TMT
