Increasing triglyceride
Sir,I do blood test after one hour of taking meal,my blood sugar is 111 & triglyceride is 360. Cholestoral is in normal range.my age is 44 yr. So I want your guideline regarding triglyceride.

1)TG levels are directly related to our meals. There role in heart blockages is debatable. Unless values are in the range of >500, treatment is not required 2) Prevention is always better than cure. Cut down on carbs and fats. Walk 6-8 KMs everyday. Repeat lipid after 100 days of above mentioned lifestyle modifications
