Triglycerides
I am taking Olmesar H 20, I have BP, ofter taking Olmesar H 20 my BP is normal, in the recent test the Triglycerides is increased to 201, will Olmesar H 20 side effects to increase in Triglycerides, do I need to change the Olmesar H 20 to other medication, suggest.

Thanks. These drugs do not raise triglycerides and look for other reasons for raised triglycerides.
Olmesar do not have enough evidence in preventing stroke/heart attack etc. Please switch to other BP medications which are evidence based.

There is no need to change.Your triglyceride levels are not very high.Do share the complete report and consult online to guide you better.
