Triglycerides
I am taking Olmesar H 20, I have BP, ofter taking Olmesar H 20 my BP is normal, in the recent test the Triglycerides is increased to 201, will Olmesar H 20 side effects to increase in Triglycerides, do I need to change the Olmesar H 20 to other medication, suggest.

Thanks. These drugs do not raise triglycerides and look for other reasons for raised triglycerides. Olmesar do not have enough evidence in preventing stroke/heart attack etc. Please switch to other BP medications which are evidence based. Best wishes Dr R Muthusamy

There is no need to change.Your triglyceride levels are not very high.Do share the complete report and consult online to guide you better.
