My father is 54 after 2D echo report we came to know he has severe aortic stenosis doctor suggested us for surgery as soon as possible my father has heart failure heart working capacity is 20 25% can valve replacement be successful I'm worried alot

I'm 22, male, feel very tired, tired, drowsy, weak in strength and muscular and problem in hearing and vision. I also feel like numbness in some places in my body accompanied by swelling. And my heart pressure is high I sometimes feel constriction of breath and breathing difficulties and heart beats that happen to me suddenly or when I make effort or emotion. This condition started with me at 14/15 very lightly and increased with years. What's the possible possiblities of my condition ?
