Hello sir ecg done today Age 51 years 96 bpm Qrs 76 sec Qt 342/432 ms Pr 118 ms P 106 ms

I had a valve replacement surgery on October 26th 2017 and I have been experiencing severe shoulder pain in and off ever since. I have a labral tear in my left shoulder that happened in 2009. I’ve had difficulty with this shoulder ever since. However since the open heart surgery the pain has been increasingly worse. It lasts a few days and the it goes away but this most recent issue began three days ago and the pain has grown increasingly worse. Is it related to the tear or the OHS?

When I walk 0.3 KM's, I experience pain in the chest. I take 1 minute rest and walk again. Sometimes I take solbitrate tabs.

My father is a cardiac patient .He takes his medicines regularly but in last 20 days ,his breating and Respiratory rate is quite high .medicines like aldactone 25 ,ivabrad ,isolazene is given ,even after visiting a couple of times to the doctor and changing the dosage quantities ,but still the issue persists
