Hi to all of you, Yesterday i had bough a complete comprehensive health check up for mother. The test covers near about 108 based on Urine and Blood sample. I am working for american doctors in coding for ICD and CPT for billing but i am not sure how to read these kind of reports So i am looking for a doctor who can read her report for me advise accordingly. I have been taking metpure xl tablet, and roseday 10 tablet is it safe to take one Vitcofol injection per weekly because my vit B12 level is very low 219.

My upper middle back felt like something was off and off and on pain to breath in 1 hr later eatting dinner hurt to swallow felt like food was a massive ball going down. My dad is 66 years old. He has undergone a CABG 16 months back. He is following all exercises, simple yoga, diet everything as suggested by his surgeon. Sometimes he gets pain suddenly in left side which radiates to wrist, fingers, chest, upper back and neck. After applying some ointment after sometime he feels better. Earlier, rarely he had such pain. When he asked the doctor, they said that its a muscle pain. Since it has been 1.5year now after CABG, we are worried about this pain. Pls help.
