Heart Problems & Remedies

I am 54 years old male diagnosed with diastolic dysfunction grade 1 in a echo test. All other parameters are normal in this test. I had normal BP/SUGAR/CBC/LFT/KFT .my symptoms are 1. Some times air hunger but not regular 2.tiredness on exertion what kind of precautions I need or any other investigation required.

Pain at left side over the breast with etching, sometime the pain in middle, right side, back, neck, shoulder, right arm, jaw and throat. Have done ECG, ETT, Echo and everything comes normal but some elevation in Pulmonary hypertension of measuring 26, which doctor say may be for smoking. I take esomaprazole, statin regularly but the pain persist. what to do

Can tmt test be 100 % correct? Mine was negative but still have breathlessness and chest pain.palpitations . Lung tests normal.

I have high BP and tachycardia since 2012 . Every test has been and nothing is working out . Specially for tachycardia whenever I take medicines initially it is effective then after days it doesn't have any effect . Currently taking metoprolol 150mg (50mg thrice) , ntp 25mg ,prazosin 5mg, diltiazem 90 Sr, cilnidipine 10mg ,losarton 50 and etc .

Do chest x ray and heart echo ultrasound reveal a probability of a Congenital aortic artery stenosis condition ?

My father was a heart patient since 4 years.day before yesterday he felt diarhhoea and vomiting at night.what may b the cause of it?is there any indigesion problem?

My sgot was 9 ,sgpt was 28 ,alkaline phosphate 31 and urea 10.90 is it normal or I need to check with my regular doctor as I'm already a BP and tachycardia patient since 2012

My father went for tmt test the result shows it is mildy positive for inducible ischemia at the workload attained. 84% THR attained

My tmt test report come as TMT is Negative for RMI. What is relevancy of same. Best Regards Nitin Shiva

In the morning my blood pressure is very high 245 over 118 during the day it goes down to normal levels I am on blood pressure medication I am also borderline diabetic I don't understand why my blood pressure climb so high in the morning
