On 9th March I have undergone a t m t and it was positive for inducible eschemia at that time my bp on starting was150/100.again I have done tmt on 21 st of march and it was negative for inducible eschemia..still I have the problem with heart that is sometimes lightning sensation and chest congestion .do I need to undergo any further cardiac investigations like angio or ct??

My dad is 52 yrs old, had undergone 2d echo test bcoz of his falling BP. Reports say 1. Sclerotic aortic valve - no AS/AR 2. LV diastolic dysfunction 3. Normal LV systolic function EF 60% 4. No regional wall motions abnormalities at rest Aortic root is 2 cm What does all this mean ? Is there anything to be worried about ?

My hdl is 35... Cholesterol.is 152.3 nd triglyceride is 111.6 nd LDL 94.98 vldl is 22.32 . But facing problem of left hand nd some time.chest pain l. My bp remains 130/100 or 130/90. Heart beat 80/90 bpm. .. ecg is normal.. now a days doing walking daily... Climbing 180 stairs daily...not a issue... for loosing breath. Shall I go for TMT test...
