I have a continuous chest pain and sometime dizziness and also sometime neck pain. Not feeling fresh.. Left hand pain.. I have done 2d echo and TMT both are normal. Is there anything to worry?

Tmt is better test or echo is better test for finding the blockage??which test is better for finding the blockage

Hello Dr. .... My father is 74yrs old . He is suffering from diabetes (20yrs), BP(5yrs), constipation and general fatigue and weekness. He has this problem of chest pain whenever he walks for around 100-150 m since last 2 yrs. When he takes rest for sometime then there is relief and he can walk a similar or lesser distance again. Recently, we visited Dr Purushottam LAL at Metro heart institute, Noida. He suggested Angiography, as he does the shorter version of catheter angiography through the arm. I checked on the internet there is non-invasive angiography called 64/128slice CT angiography. My question is, should we go for the 64/128slice CT  or  (through arm) catheter Angiography, and why ? Your kind response is awaited. -Devesh

He is diabetic and also taking BP medicines regularly. Before 3 days he had a minor attack and after that he visited a doctor.i attached the reports also here. Please help me to understand this and how and where to get the best treatment. What is the cost,type,process, risk of this bypass surgery. Thanks.

I am 24 years, a researcher in Hydraulics Engineering field. My height is 173 cm and weight is 86 kg. I feel some time little pain in my left side of chest. My have gone through ECG which was normal. Per day min 15 cigarette n on weekends it goes till 25-30. Smokes from past 14 years. Pitch Black sputum while brushing teeth from 2years. Complaints of frequent discomfort in heart region. Says heart is beating fast. Says left side of the lungs is vibrating sort of feel n as if someone is punching the lungs from inside out direction. Has IceCream almost every night. I did my lipid profile test. & my cholesterol level are high. Please suggest measures to reduce. I have stopped eating fast food & started morning walk 30 minutes daily. Cholestrol: 237 HDL-C: 50.3 LDL-C: 155.7 Triglycerides: 155
