My mother aged 58Yrs suffering brething problem for last few days.after echocardiogram report says-IHD.reduced systolic function.grade1 diastolic dysfunction.AV sclerosis with AR

I am having an small VSD. Can I do exercise like jogging or brisk walking. I am around 75 kg and height 5 ft 10 inch.

I get minor chest pain and tingling/ tremors in my left arm. This has been for 3 days now.

Sir/Ma'am Pls help. When I took deel breathing and exhale it.It pinched me in heart. I m suffering from this problem by last 20-22 days. Below are some of my reports information- My these reports came abnormal- 1.My RBC is 5.84 2.Lymphocyte% is 45% 3.Vit B12 is 460 4.HDL is 37 5.MCH is 26.9 pg 6.Basophills in ALC is 0 thou/mm3 7.Vitamin D is 29.03 nmol/ltr(DEFICIENT) 8.All other my reports are normal SUGAR,LIPID,LFT,KFT,SERUM,URINE and THYROID. Pls help me

Can too much blood pressure medication cause an abnormal EKG? Or is there another factor involved here?
