My father ALT SGPT is 263, Creatinin 1.5 & ESR 36.His age is 79. He is also a heart patient of RBBB, Sugar and Blood pressure. He is also using following medicines. Tab. Concor 2.5 mg Tab Valtec 40mg Tab Loprin 75mg Tab vastarel M/R Cap Novoteph 40mg Syp Mucaine Cap Evion 400mg Tab Methycobal Tab Rivotril 0.5mg Tab Lipiget But SGPT is 263 Is it alarming????? What to do or what medicines be used????

I have felt a sudden pain in my chest after lunch. It lasts for some 30 seconds or so. Both times I did not drink water after lunch. It feels like someone is pinching my heart. What could be the reason?

When i listen any bad news than very different types of thoughts start to be come in my mind like that i am also going to die.it feels me very horrible. It's seems that a heart attack is coming to me. My Herat beat start increasing and it seems that there is pressure in my heart. i try to distract my thoughts but i can't. This time it is starting two days ago when i listen a bad news of my friend. He was in ICU. Even i feel hasitation to share this any one. Please help me what is have to do.

I've been having a continuous mild discomfort on the left side in my chest since a week. Sometimes comes and goes but is constant. I have a couple of issues with life these days and often feel very anxious and sad, past few days have been very stressful. I do physical activities like playing cricket and light workout but that has no effect on the discomfort. Is it anxiety related or something else.

My father had a terrible attack of heart pain, I don't know of what . He almost suffocated. Doctors told that all the reports were normal but he couldn't find the reason.
