Heart Problems & Remedies

Im having tightness on the left of the chest along with throat blockage sensation some times I also feel like pain in the chest that last for 1 to 2 mins. I have consulted a cardio and made few tests like ecg, 2d echo, tmt and complete blood test. All the test results were normal. The doctor has came to a conclusion that it might be a panic/anxiety disorder and I've been under medication for about 15 days now. Still Im feeling chest tightness and throat blockage sensation along with breathing difficulty. What is my exact problem? Should I be concerned about my heart or is it a different problem that I've been facing? Are there any additional tests like angiogram required for me to confirm it is not related to heart problem?

My current doctor has prescribed me 4 medicines. I want to take consultation with other doctors to check weather taking all four medicines are necessary

Today I did my lipid profile test and in that my total cholesterol is 207mg/dl and LDL cholesterol is 142mg/dl . It seems like it is in borderline high range . What precaution I need to take though I am not taking oily stuff in my food as I am eating plain chapatis without ghee . I am taking the unboiled milk (amul taaza blue) and packed juices. Does this effect this high level of cholesterol?

I've been recently having sudden chest pains, that usually last from 2-5 seconds multiple times a day. I have read research online and I'm no doctor but my symptoms lead to what doctors call Broken Heart, no loved one has died recently, however, I believe that my chest pains have been caused by lack of love, I feel it.
