My pulse rate is 55 and fluctuating blood pressure. I feel lethargic and have headache during day time.i got my full checkup done a few months back but all reports are normal.i am also a diabetic patient.
I just want to know that should I need a cardiac examination or not.

Yes . Get 2 d echo and ecg done. Get examined by cardiologist.
