Last 3 month my heart beat skipped occasionally and  hour a day...my Blood pressure is 140/90 ... I do echo and holter.. ecg... Dr says trivial mitral ragurgitation I am worry abt trivial mitral ragurgitation and skipped heart beat.

My homocysteine level is 42. kindly suggest some medicine. I am diabetic & attaching current prescription

My triglycerides level is 389.is it serious. My weight is 65 kg. Plese suggest what can i do... In details

Hello doc I am 37 years, just ran some checks and result shows a left axis deviation, blood sugar is Normal, not hypertensive, total colestrol level is 265 Hdl 43 while ldl is 199 I feel dizzy, chest pain and feel I want to faint while in motion. Shortness of breath and that anxiety is killing Pls what should I do

LVEF on August 1 -2018, 38% , thrombosuction done on June 10 th 2018, got treatment after 6-7 hours after attack , medicine going on 1. Ecosprine 2. Nitroglycerine 2.6,               3. fruselac , 4.Raberprazole ,5.clopidogrel 6. Metoprolol. Flow is not seen in  one of sub a artery where thrombosuction was done in last vedio of thrombosuction CD on June 10-2018.Though I am not feeling any problem nor any shortness in breath no fatigue nor any dizziness but due to this CD where flow is not seen I am worried, what should I do please advice?

Sharp Pain Between Centre to Right Side Of Chest When I Breath Deeply or when I Squeeze my Chest From 4-5 days. I have done the Ecg which is Normal. I have done the 2d Echo which is Normal. I have done TMT which also Normal. I have done Lipid Profile Test which is also Normal. I have attached the reports. Whats The Problem?? Should i have to do Further Tests??
