Hi Doctors, I am having a chest pain since February, I have done echo, ecg, TMT, CT Angiography in March and liquid profile blood tests, All these are normal. Some times I feel pain in left hand and left leg, The pain will be very bad. I consulted general physicians and cardiologist both said I am fine, Even my Vitamin D and B12 are normal. Few dr told me I am having fibromyalgia, please suggest me to whom I can consult. My symptoms are Pain in chest Burps all day Some times feels like Shortness of breath Pain in left hand and leg, Sometimes I feel something is throwing me out. Always feeling like I m having a heart attack.

My heart palpilate for no reason , it continue for 2 hrs or more than it stop automatically, It's not like I do or think any thing, it starts on its own and stop on its own. Am on pexep cr 25 for depression and anxiety. Can any help me why it's happening to me?

Sir am 28 ,male, diabetic,went through ptca with two stents on October 15th. Since last night feel poking sensation near left chest. No breathing issue,  no sweating,am worried. Can u suggest me a remedy .
