Iam 63 old cardiac patient and I have sleep anemia can I go for rehnoplasty and can I withstand anesthtia and whether I have to risk my life as I am diabetic

I had this problem last week and after taking medicine it disappeared and later I felt tightness in my chest when I lift some weights around 25kg after that I felt fast heart beat and when I checked my heart beat rate in my mobile phone, it was showing abnormal results and every time differently, like 104, 96, 87, 45, 79 and so on. I thought it might be the defect of the phone sensor but when I check other's heart rate it's showing accurately. It's showing my heart rate stable in the morning in the range of 65-76. And in the afternoon and evening it shows abnormal. When I took ECG, 2D echo and Blood test. doctor says my heart is functioning normal. Can anyone have heart decreases even if ECG, 2D echo and HDL/LDL are normal? Please suggest. Thank you

From last 3 months I have having chest irritation, somewhat like burning sensation near left side of my chest, sometimes it causes like pinning. The pain is not severe, but it also sometimes moves to armpit and back. In this last two months I have done a 2D Echo and 2 times I have done TMT, both the reports were normal. But still I am having that irritation. "Is this a thing to worry and if yes shall I need to go for a TMT one more time" ?

Sometimes my pulse rate goes very high like 120 or above without any workout or exertion. It happens mainly at night. My whole body stars to shiver or some times its tingling in whole body. Most affected part is my left arm... It happened twice when i was not able to feel or move my arm (at that time). Breathing rate also increases that time. I don't know if this is normal or who and which kind of doctor to be consulted

I'm having moderate Chest pain from last 1.5 months... Sometimes it goes then come back, sometimes pain goes to left arm's Veins/Areries, sometimes in legs also... Most of the times veins in my limbs feels like flashing... Sometimes pain occurs in middle of the chest and sometimes near left arm/shoulder... I get tired soon after walking or doing any physical activity... I don't feel problem in breathing normally, the KFT & LFT reports are normal, I had ECG many times everytime it comes normal, I'm continuously having Pain in my biceps I can't determine whether It's in the muscles or in my veins... I Had Lipid Profile test... And the report was this... Total Cholesterol - 160 mg/dL HDL - 43.20 mg/dL Triglycerides - 170 mg/dL LDL - 102 mg/dL VLDL - 14.80 mg/dL Non-HDL - 116.80 mg/dL

Lately, I started feeling that my heart is racing when I stand up or go for a walk (about 130bpm more or less). Also, when I walk my chest hurts and my legs are weak and shaking. This racing heart won't stop until I sit or lay down. During the last year, I had the iron deficiency but never felt this way. My results from yesterday show that iron is getting better (it is slightly low). I have done ECG and it is fine. Should I visit cardiologist or not?

Hello I am feeling chest tightness starts from upper part to lower part sometimes in a day. This problem occurs from last two months. Please suggest how can I digonse this problem.Is this any kind of allergy?

My sister made a blood test. The CRP result is 7.98mg/l. Is there any problem.The blood pressure is 180/100

I have been advised for high BP and diabetes .BP is 160/96 and sugar fasting is 111 also need to check heart arteries . Please advice
