I got body check up and in ECG report shows Incomplete Right Bundle Block ... probably normal ECG ... Please let me know if this fine or alerming??

Hi, I am 34 uear active male, social drinker. my LDL is 70, HDL is 31, and triglycerides is 250.Also VLDL is 48. I am 170cm and weight 77kg. I exercise regularly and am reducing weight.

Can i take my bp reading in laying down position? if any difference between sitting vs laying down position?

At about 11:30 PM on 24-09-2018 I suddenly felt like something is going down rapidly from my chest. I felt it for about 10 seconds and then felt a bit better but not fully normal. I feared by thinking that it was a heart attack but after about 1-2 hour I tried to sleep. on the very next morning I consulted a doctor and he advised me to get ECG & Lipid profile test and said that ECG is normal and there is a bit hike in cholesterol.  Sir Can ECG be normal after 12 hours of heart attack ????

Two stents and blood thinners were given to remove blockages, now after two days patient has chest pain and motions. Is this normal or something to worry about? Note: Post surgery medication is going on.
