I am having a sharp pain just below my chest on the right side with a slight vomiting tendency

I have been taking met xl 3d 25 and cilamet xl 10/50 for 5 months. Before starting medication my BP was 150/110 now it is normal (121/79). Now can I join in jym ??? If yes what is your suggestions

I have been having a strange sort of pain in the right part of my chest(near the centre). It's been there for about 2 months now. Initially I thought it was nothing serious. Moreover,it used to come and go. But it's been there for the last 3-4 days. The pain occurs when I change positions while sleep and also when I try to stretch my chest.Sometimes I feel a bit heavy on this part of my chest as if there's something inside it. It's a bit worrying now and hopefully nothing much serious. I did get a X-ray done and got it checked with a general physician. He said it's alright but I still feel the pain and the discomfort. Can somebody please help me in this regard!

I been diagnosed with mitral valve prolapse and mild mitral regurgitation But i am hearing an unusual sound or vibration from my heart sometimes I goes away on after some time I rechecked with another echo It still shows mild regurgitation Is that sound because my mitral mitral regurgitation increased? With out cloth when i am looking my chest with holding my breath...middle and slide left of chest slightly moving in heart rhythm..as well stomach also moving with heart rythm when looking on it..noticing when holding my breath at rest with out cloth..is it something wrong.
