Hi I am 52 year old male and I am having hypertension since 10 years. I am 99 kg and recently have done my lipid profile. The reports suggest that my cholesterol levels are high. What treatment should I start for this high lipoprotein as I know I have a risk of heart disease.

Sir I am 20 year old male I been diangnosed with mitral valve prolapse and mild mitral regurgitation My dr told me these things only But when i looked at my echo cardiogram its written i have mild pulmonary artery hypertension I dont have a family background of heart or lung disease I dont know what caused it Is it possible to have pulmonary artery hypertension at this age I have normal chamber dimensions But when i did a echo from other hospital It suggests no pulmonary artery hypertension Can anyone help me
