I undergone CABG in 2006 and now I am taking the following medicines : Ecosprin Gold -20mg , Nebicard-2.5mg, Gelam AM (40 mg) ,Nikoran10 and Nitrocontin6.4. Can I take Nikoran and Nitrocontin simultaneously ?

Especially heart is paining getting anxiety leg pains,tension vent rate reached to 105 bpm PR interval is 142ms qrs 80ms qt/qtc 294/373ms p/qrs/t axes are 57/77/6 deg Sinus tachycardia interpretation inferior twave abnormalities is non specific this is given on ECG
