Heart Problems & Remedies

My BP is around 135/90 sometimes, 130/85 sometimes. I can feel the heart beat. Sometimes I don't.  Knight time it's getting increased. My age is 33. Is it risky? Please suggest me.

Hi I my dad and mom both are senior citizen. I wanted to test the heart function, because now days there are many increased cases of blockages. An earlier detection, can help in proper care. have also seen yellow patches around eyes on my mom. I googled it, they were cholesterol deposits (Xanthelasma). Pain in left arm and chest has worried me greatly. I have experienced it twice in the past 4 days. When it does occur, I feel completely helpless and can’t move much. I've been having frequent chest pains since last month specially at night time. I've done many ECGs and 2d Echo test done but it's WNL. Doctors say it could be due to acicidity or muscular pain. I think they are also not sure and keep telling me there is nothing wrong with with your heart you are most probably thinking too much about the problem. Since last 2 months my chest has hurting, it's like sharp stabbing pain goes up to the neck and jaws, if i breath it hurts a little more. i have hyper acidity, i thought it's just a simple hurt burn.
