Can anyone can survive by three valves blocked? Is there any changes to survive if three valves are blocked

My mother is suffering from BP flactuating. From past 1 month her BP is between 130-160 one day it suddenly reached to 190 Doctor gave telma 40 on that day She used that for 2 days After 2 days BP became low When we went to doctor he suggested abpm for 24rs We have done that and Iam attaching that report When we visit doctor with that report he gave telma 20mg tablet Can you check the report and give proper solution

Actually i feel always down.and fear of death.sometimes i feel very gas in my stomach and left chest pinching

Iam using bp tablet olmesertain h 20 since 18 months. Iam taking bp readings by automated Bp monitor. During my first reading i feel nervous and anxious it shows 140/80, after 2 minutes iam very free it shows 117/74 , third reading fourth and remaining readings are shows very normal and same . Which reding should be considered first or second and afterwards readings? Pls suggest. Regards.

I/m 25 year old. since last one month, sometimes i am having pain in my chest and arms(left arm specially) and which stands only for a second(max 2 seconds) and which looks like muscle kind of pain. but i visited cardiologist and did all the tests(ECG, Echo cardio dopler test, stress test TMT, Lipid profile) but after reports doctor said you don't have any heart related problem. so what can be the other cause of this pain? and sometimes also i'm feeling shortness of breath when i/m in tention.

My age is 39 years, I have to know whether I am a patient of High B P, or not? Which test should I have? Please suggest me.
