My mother has been registering a fluctuation in her BP in the past 1 month. Any kind of physical activity shoots her BP high.(140/100) And she feels a lot of uneasiness in her body What tests should she undergo to identify the exact problem

I have higher diastolic pressure. It remains between 84 to 99. However my systolic pressure is normal & remains between 110 to124. Which drug should I take to decrease diastolic pressure? My age is 41. Male patient.

From last one year i sometime feel that my heart is beating hard...occassionally it happens...like a certain strong beat which i can feel inside my chest... It creates no problem...no pain.. Nothing...bt why it is happening i donno... I m scared about any kind of heart desease it is... Every time when I eat something which contains lots of fats like cheese, myonise, butter etc then I feel pain in my left arm and it lasts for atleast 5-6 hours. Could you please let me know the possible reasons for this?

From yesterday night my mom feeling chest pain and diarrhoea so today we go to hospital and they do ecg and said it's muscular pain. What test we do to confirmed that pain is not cardiac type. Due to public holiday today no cardiologist available. Pain is shock type near left chest
