Im 39 yrs old, female... had recently undergone a pre employment medial test and these were my results... i have bp of 110 / 70... total cholesterol of 225... and my ecg report shows that i have sinus bradycardia... is there anything to worry about...

Hello Sir/Ma'am. On 10th July this year my mother had echo and TMT All was ok in TMT. For Echo findings the doctor wrote - AO/LA 2.8cms/3.8cms LV 3.7cms/4.8cms Grade 2 LVdd No RWMA NOMR/AR/TR LVEF = 60% I want your help in understanding this report elaborately. What does Grade 2 LVdd mean and is it something to worry about? Please advise. Thank you.

Hello I am 23 years old unmarried lady working in Pune. I am feeling very mild pain in heart and a pain in right hand and right shoulder. This is first time I am facing such issue. No family history of heart problems. Please suggest me this pain is normal or could be a severe issue. Which doctor should I concern?

I visited a cardiologist recently and was diagnosed with high blood pressure. As I was still having health issues like headache,palpitation,dizziness, muscle pain, i had a complete blood test done and was diagnosed with low haemoglobin/iron, high cholesterol,very low hydroxyvitamin D (3.0). I am still feeling weak and dizzy and getting occasional headaches. Which doctor should I consult and what do I need to be cautious about? (Cardiologist/general physician?)

My friends having chest pain in left side from 4 month. ECG tmt and echo are normal. CT scan also normal. Lipid profile also normal. Having high bp. Visit to many doctors but problem did not dignost. Please help what should do. Recently did the b12 and vitamin d test. B12 is normal and vitamin d is 21.7. Is it due to vitamin d or some other cause might be there? And what is the reason of high bp.

Got heart attack on June 10, 2018 thrombosuction done.introcoronary STK and GP2b3a infusion given through CAG, as 100% lesion in LAD seen,stent not installed. At the time of discharge from hospital, LVEF 25% , PR 84/ min, BP 120/80, medicine adviced 1 . Aspirin 75 mg 2. Ticagralor 90 mg 3.Atrovastatin 40 mg 4. metoprolol XL 25 mg 5. Flavedon MR 35 mg 6.glycerylenitrate 2.6 mg7.pentoprazole 40 mg 8 Augmenting duo 625 mg (for 3 days). After 1 month echo done July 10 , 2018,LVEF 35% , LVRWMA+, LAD territory hypokinetic, LA/LV dilated, mild MR/ no MS, trace TR/ no TS, RSVP- 25 mm of hg, other valves normal, no precardium, no intracardiac mass, final diagnosis: IHD/ Moderate LV Dysfunction. medicine adviced : ecosprine 75 mg 2 clopidogrel 75 mg 3. Atrocastatin 40 mg 4. metoprolol XL 25 mg 5. Fruselac 6. Glycrylinenitrate 2.6 mg 7. Rabeprazole 20 mg . After 1 month same medicine repeated and echo done on 14 August 2018 , LVEF 30% , but in MIBI scan LVEF 19%, non viable LV dilated,pl advice

How it should be treated and its cureble, complete block can remove by treating, did 2d echo necessary

...when ever i do work...a little work..i feel pain in my whole body..i feel very very weak...i feel palpitation...once i checked my heart beats it was 165 bpm(not resting)...after 10 min it had becomes 115 bpm...i also has high blood pressure and cholestrol...i have done ecg...tmt...echo ...everything is normal...ecg shows some changes in 2...3... Avf...since 9 years...now the main thing i m having severe anxiety disorder and ocd since 12 yesrs...so does i have heart problem or it is happening due to anxiety...becsuse when ever i do work...i feel very weak... palpitation...full body ache...pls pls somebody help me...

I feel low BP many times. Symptoms which I feel include, palpitations, tremors, weakness, spinning head sometimes. I got all the necessary tests done like thyroid, HbA1c, B12, D3, CBC, BSL. Every test shows normal report. What can be the issue?
