Patient faints off and on once a week
It started some two months back patient fainted for a few minutes and got up again since then it has been going on once a week or a fortnight. All the tests ecg echo holter ctscan brain eeg r normal.. now yesterday for the first time the patient felt exchausted after fainting. Please guide

My son (1.6 year old,weight 14.2 kg) is detected with doubly committed small VSD, left to right shunt ,No RCC prolapse,No Aortic insufficiency ,VSD gradeint of 90 mm/hg.
Is surgery is required?
