Ecg done twice heart echo done everything is normal...n i am 22 years old...but i do have chest pain n breast pain at times...anything to worry??

I have no symptoms. I got a reading of 180/80, 160/80 2-3 times. I checked my BP at home on a digital machine it gave the reading of 130/77 135/80. Please help with medication or ways to improve.

Is it possible to have pulmonary artery hypertension with normal pulmonary artery and no  turbulance

My father check blood pressure today only for routine check up. Blood pressure found 144-100 He has no medical conditions. Age 53. Lifestyle active and daily walking 2 to 3 km. Please suggest me this range is normal or not in this age. Can he starts medicine for control BP or not please suggest

In ECG test a small variation is seen the Dr.is advice me to take ECHO . My question is , yesterday day ihave taken ECG but taking ECHO ihave to go to the city (I am in remote place) shall I take ECHO after 10days?

I used to sleep late for years and during my competitive exams I used to sleep at 4:45 am for almost 2 months.as soon as exams were over,I had heartburn, indigestion,cold,sore throat,left arm pain without any reason.now all that problems have stopped to much extent,I still have left arm pain and sometimes right arm pain too.can the late night sleep affect heart?...what can be the reason behind left arm pain?
