Heart Problems & Remedies

My mother has restrictive cardiomyopathy, tricuspid regurgitation and pulmonary hypertension. Doctor has advised sildenafil 20 and Isolazine 20 three times a day but I want to confirm if it is fine to take both of them as I have read at a few places that it could have some serious issues. Please advise. Other medicines are seloken XL 25, Tide (10) and Dabigatran (110).

I had an abnormal ecg (rbbb, sinus tachycardia). The subsequent ct angiogram shows 0 calcium deposit. 1)Can I still have some sort of cardio problem? 2) I am still experiencing some sort of discomfort around the chest and breathlessness as well. Thank you for your time and help.

Dimensional & colour dipper echocardiography report. IVC- Dilated 2 cm collapsing 50% on inspiration. Findings suggestive of severe Mixed Aortic valve disease with Congestive heart failure.

What does diastolic dysfunction+ and mild tr means when e=0.7 and a=0.9?? How will it effect person's longivity when the age is 75years

Sir my  weight 70 kg I have chest pain from last 6 month I check my bp 2-3 time around 90 , 150 and pulse rate near about is 216 Triglycerides. 110 BPM . My ecg & stress report are normal But my cholesterol 216 Triglycerides. 349 Sr hdl. 35 Sr vldl 69.8 Sr ldl 111.2 TC/hdl 6.17 Ldl/hdl 3.18 Plz suggest me for further treatment Thanks

I have palpitation since last 3 days. I can feel my heart beat racing in my chest and neck. Though is no chest pain neither there is any breathing problem. I visited a physician two days ago and he said there is nothing to worry. My BP was 120/80 and heart beat 97. But I can still feel my fast heart beats. Please suggest

Sir i hv high bp160/100. No bp symptoms .i hv randomly check thats why know i hv high bp. I hv done every test like lipid,kft, lft,cbc,thyroid,ecg,echo, and all test normal except lipid,that means high cholestrol.my docter told me to go for a renal artery Doppler test . My doubt is if my kft test is normal still i go for renal artery doppler test

When I am sitting calm I can feel my heart beat high. The blood pressure was 140/90. I am already taking medication for blood pressure. So how to control it.
