  4. Sinus tachycardia 109 bpm. Chest pain.

Sinus tachycardia 109 bpm. Chest pain
Chest n arm pain. Heart palpitations. Feeling the heart pounding even during rest. Not very much physically active. BMI 27.5.HDL only 34. Bp normal.  Ecg test done. Heart rate 109bpm. Sinus tachycardia. No ST T changes.  PR interval 197ms(high??) QR 86 and QT/QTc 298/402. Further tests needed? Pls review.
