I am feeling pain on left side of my chest from past 20 mins and its increases when I breathe and radiate to my left shoulder...I have no acidity issue...and in past I had pain in my left shoulder many times...what can it be??

My father 66 years of age has been diagnosed with CAD and referred to CABG. He is very much worried and scared about the same and its post repercussions and hence is not at all ready to go for it. How should i motivate him for the same. What should i do? Because cardilogists are saying we need to make an urgent decision.

I am feeling constant chest pain on left side since past one year.In a year i have consulted three repulated cardiologist and one chest specialist all told me muscular pain associated with Costochondritis. However sometime i feel chest discofort and pain when deep breath. I am worried about it when i get rid of this problem. STREES TEST all were normal. last year i was diagnosed viatamin b12 and viatamin d deficiency. Currently i am taking met xl 25,bio d3 max and d venizep 50 once in a day. kindly suggest me for proper diagnosis the issue and proper treatment for this.i am really afraid of this.
