Heart Problems & Remedies

I'm 27 years old and working in an IT company. Few days backed I checked my BP and it is 150/90, since the last 2 months I can see a frequent increase in my BP. Can you suggest what's need to taken care and any issues that can happen due to high BP.

I wanted to know that when i go out for parties i eat and have soft drinks so my heart beat is 95- 110 while i am sitting and after i come home also...anything to worry??? N my ecg n heart echo is done n its normal...

I am feeling an odd feeling in my heart that is quite bothersome. It feels like a slight burning sensation with uneasiness. It seems to feel more apparent when I am lying down but it does not hurt terribly. I do not have any heart problems but I do have a recent history of anxiety problems that have caused me heart pain before. This heart pain now feels different and it is making me feel anxious. What kind of heart pain is this? What should I do?
