Heart Problems & Remedies

I am having chest discomfort from last 3 months, somewhat like irritation, burning sensation near left side of my chest, sometimes it causes like pinning. The pain is not severe, but it also sometimes moves to armpit and back. Consulted cardiologist, 2D echo and TMT were done on last July. One month later, did one more TMT. "Both times the reports were normal". But still sometimes there is a burning sensation around chest left side, and sometimes feels liking pinning. "Is this a thing to worry?" Do I need to consult Cardiologist once again?

I am having pain in left side since morning today. All joints are paining from shoulder to the fingers. Is this related to heart? Please advise..

My mother is having left arm and shoulder pain from the past 2 years .. Doctors gave medications ecosprin 75mg , lipicure 20mg, monit GTN 2.6. She is using it for the past 2yrs.. I have immense left arm pain since 4 months.now even right arm pain has started.there is tingling pain in fingers,palms,elbow side of both hands now.can it be related to heart?...can it be due to decreased blood supply from heart?... Or poor heart function?

My BP remains high and fluctuates some time even after taking telma AM 40 tablet regularly . I also have sleep problem and does not have good sound sleep at night .
