Asked for Male, 55 Years

Having pain on top left side of chest which comes and goes , ecg and 2d echo normal , but 2d echo shows slight swelling ..taking bp , cholesterol and ecospirin medicine ( had tia in oct 14) ..6 months back Tmt test was normal . Job - stress and sitting job Can anyone tell me what's problem and way forward .

Get coronary angiography done. It is confirmatory test. If thats normal don't worry. You can take out 30 min for walking in your 24 hrs. Its your life. At the end you have to suffer. Give priority to health. You must have done MRI angio brain for TIA.
