Low HDL cholesterol
I had a heart attack at the age of 28 (2.6 yrs back) and it was likely due to hyperhomocysteine. 6 months back, my hdl was 41 and now it has reduced to 27. I take following medicines homochek novastat cv 10 concorcor1.25 I jog almost 3-4 times in a week , 30 mins each day. I already eat lot of nuts everyday. How do I increase it?

You are following a good healthy lifestyle... continue it. Don't bother about HDL levels they will improve gradually. And that is not the only so called risk factor for a heart attack. So ..take it easy..
