Weird feeling in heart
I am feeling an odd feeling in my heart that is quite bothersome. It feels like a slight burning sensation with uneasiness. It seems to feel more apparent when I am lying down but it does not hurt terribly. I do not have any heart problems but I do have a recent history of anxiety problems that have caused me heart pain before. This heart pain now feels different and it is making me feel anxious. What kind of heart pain is this? What should I do?

It is not because of heart. Kindly get counselled by a professional for your anxiety it will help you. You may do some breathing exercises like pranayama and meditation.
