Cannot sleep and my bp is high 150/100

Hi Doctor, Yesterday I couldn't sleep and today I just checked my BP it is 150/100. I am worried. I take metosortan 50 daily and usually it is under control. Can you suggest a tablet to reduce the BP and good sleep.

This BP could have been high because of anxiety also. Do check BP twice in a day and review with your local physician. Based on the extent of high levels a decision to add or increase the medication dosage can be taken.
