I am only 29 and my BP is 150/100
Hi, My age is 29 and my BP is usually more than 150/100 and 100 BPM. My recent lifestyle is not good due to night shifts.. I was precribed BP medications but I don't want to start those at such early age! As I will have to continue perpetually. Is there a way to control my BP or medication is the only option?

The BP you mentioned is quite high, needs medication, generally with life style changes can be reduced to 6 to 8 mm only maximum
