What is this heart pain?
I am feeling a heart pain sometimes when I breathe in. It does not happen every single time I breathe in, but it's been going on for about 2 hours now and I'm not sure what it could be. I do not feel it when I am sitting down. I have been having anxiety lately, could this be possibly anxiety related or something else?

It is most probably due to anxiety only. Do some breathing exercises,,(pranayama) and meditation techniques...they will help. If it is persistent then do consult for some counseling.
