When I'm in air condition , I feel jaw pain chest pressure arm pain ,also I've seen these symtpoms appear during little stressed situation . I had ecg tmt echo which were normal. What else this could be?

Recently checked my BP. Its around 140/100. Off late I am having frequent head ache

It occurs in-between and very pin pointed. Sometimes heart beat is fast and feeling very lathergic nowadays. But I'm able to do workout and all sort of other works normally... Just scared of this particular pain. Please help me to know what it is and do I have to get scared big?

Everytime I smoke weed, I feel my left shoulder and arm hurt. This started the beginning of February and I've been a Marijuana smoker since January 2016. I have a generalized anxiety disorder and when I smoke, I worry about having a heart attack as I know it speeds up heart rate. Now I've been to the doctor multiple times with numerous EKG's, Cardiac Enzyme Tests, and ever an Electrocardiogram while resting. All said it was fine and so did the cardiologist, but I did not mention the Weed aspect. Now my shoulder and arm does hurt sometimes when I'm not High, but increases when I am. I do think and worry about it when I'm under the influence. I know that it is very very rare for Weed to cause sudden heart attacks, and a lot of people over 50 use it, but I need some advice to make me feel better. I am a 17 year old Male, not very active, 240 lbs, and have a resting heart rate anywhere from 65-80 BPM. Thank you very much !
