I am suffering from cholesterol problems my report ldc 101.hdc 33.and triglycerides 367 so give me suggestions

Life style modification, including at. Reduction, daily 30 min. Exercise, mire of fruits vegetables, mix. Grain cereals for 3 months, if dies not improve than medication need to be started
