My mother is diabetec and in last 4 days due to stress her dibates reached 500 (fasting) and she complained of chest pain. we have done ECG and doctor said blood is not reaching the heart. we have done ECG today and doctor just concluded to do angiography. but we are not sure and want second opinion.

Got heart attack on June 10, 2018 thrombosuction done.introcoronary STK and GP2b3a infusion given through CAG, as 100% lesion in LAD seen,stent not installed. At the time of discharge from hospital, LVEF 25% , PR 84/ min, BP 120/80, medicine adviced 1 . Aspirin 75 mg 2. Ticagralor 90 mg 3.Atrovastatin 40 mg 4. metoprolol XL 25 mg 5. Flavedon MR 35 mg 6.glycerylenitrate 2.6 mg7.pentoprazole 40 mg 8 Augmenting duo 625 mg (for 3 days). After 1 month echo done July 10 , 2018,LVEF 35% , LVRWMA+, LAD territory hypokinetic, LA/LV dilated, mild MR/ no MS, trace TR/ no TS, RSVP- 25 mm of hg, other valves normal, no precardium, no intracardiac mass, final diagnosis: IHD/ Moderate LV Dysfunction. medicine adviced : ecosprine 75 mg 2 clopidogrel 75 mg 3. Atrocastatin 40 mg 4. metoprolol XL 25 mg 5. Fruselac 6. Glycrylinenitrate 2.6 mg 7. Rabeprazole 20 mg . After 1 month same medicine repeated and echo done on 14 August 2018 , LVEF 30% , but in MIBI scan LVEF 19%, non viable LV dilated.

Hi. I am a non-smoker and a non-drinker, aged 32 years, but I weigh 132kgs. I am working out for my weight loss. But my cholesterol level is 271, wil LDL 194. I am taking medicines for it. I wish to ask you, am I at the risk of heart attack?

I had high blood pressure and it was 140/100  and doctor suggested me to do physical  exercises as it was single reading(one doctor suggested to start medicine) and monitor blood pressure, when I check in home it's fluctuating between128/88 to 137/94 it was never 140/100 again till date. I am doing jogging everyday and stopped oily and more salt foods. Delaying medicine will affect my kidneys or heart?? Recenty I am having inconvenience in heart ( doesn't feel as pain) since 5 days, I am having burpings also. I heard indigestion also symptom of heart disease. Do I have any heart disease.

My uncle had angiogram yesterday after doing angiogram his plus was low so doctor saying to put permanent machine for be pulse normal is it correct treatment pls suggest urgent

Hello Doctors, I am suffering with chest pain (right side and ribs) and in the middle of upper abdomen that comes and goes for almost an hour since around a month. While this pain occurs, i feel very anxious and stressed. My weight is 93kgs and height is 5'6", I contacted cardiologist to get some tests done to eliminate heart related issue, cardiologist confirmed all good with heart. Got my stomach ultrasound scan too, all looked fine. Doctor's have been prescribing me betablockers and stomach ulcer / digestion related drugs, but this hasn't been helpful much. Personally, when gas gets released out of my body, i feel better. I am not sure if its GERD/Angina, About to contact stomach specialist in few days now. Can someone please help me understand why this is happening. As this is happening around since a month, also cardiologist confirmed not related to heart based on tests (ecg/treadmill run test), so wondering what could be this. Please help, i am really strssed out.
