I am a 48-year-old male and I recently had to undergo stress tests to check on my stress levels as my pressure was rocketing recently. Well, I did get my results back and I quite don’t know how to read the heart stress test results. Can someone help me with the details? Thanks!!

I have been suffering from sinus tachycardia for last 3 month my current total cholesterol is 167 ldl is 111 trygl 84 hdl is 39 vldl is 17 and heart rate is 110 according to ecg

2 month back I had lipid test done total cholestrol-287 Triglycerides-282 Hdl- 60 Again two days back test done after life style change, deit and exercise. Total cholestrol-171 Triglycerides-118 HDL-45. My concern is why HDL decreased although stopped smoking ,started taking sprouts and lots cooked veg. Please suggest is there concern? Thanks you.

Since 3-4 days i am encountering very high heart rate around 110 and after any light work it is very difficult for me to catch my breath. The condition becomes very uncontrollable. And also breathlessness.
