Heart Problems & Remedies

My brother is a Heart Patient, Angiography has been done and doctor saying heart muscles are weak. Dr suggesting Automatic Implantable Cardioverter Defibrillator(AICD) to monitor and correct an abnormal heart rhythm. The cost of device is Rs 4 lacs. Please advise will it be helpful to go for AICD or we should not go for it. Please see attached Prescription.  Thank you in advance for your help and support.

I get chest discomfort at times with left arm pain and jaw pain. Whenever I be done ecg at this time it says rsr pattern in v2. When I don't have issues it is a normal ecg. What could be this

Hello i just want to know that is it normal to feel your heart beat in the throat or neck, i dont feel it beating too fast or palpations always, like normal heart beating is felt so its normal??? When the heart rate while resting in 65 or 70 still i can feel it...And ecg is normal

Hello doctor, my mother  of age 52 years is always feeling dizzy... On checking BP she had as high as 190/100 and sometimes as low as 100/60 .. her blood report is normal with just a little rise in potassium, uric acid and sugar. ECG is normal as well as said my her general physician.. should I be worried about the dizziness? Any tests should be done? What should be done about the fluctuating BP. She was taking Eslo tablets one daily but stopped but BP was low.

I am experiencing slight sharp pain in heart when lying down. I am facing it from 2 days.. Took Rantac gastric tablet but not useful.. pls help me with this problem
