Advise on Angiogram report
TMT positive 3 months back . After 3 months shown to Cardioligist done echo test normal but TMT positive suggested go fo Angiogram. Again on 1st December done TMT But report compared to previous report reduced but positive. Then gone for coronary Angiogram test on 1st December 2018. Report double vessel disease Plan given. PTCA with stent to mid LCX+|_ RCA Please advise whether with medication/diet/ meditation / excercise it can be control Or Need stunt Because I don't feel any symptoms of chest pain or hand pain or giddiness nothing. I am having bp from 18 years, sugar from 3 years both are under control

It do depends how critical is lesion and how much symptoms you have. And also profile of your diseased vessel. Medication yes you need to take, so also  exercise and diet . All can decrease progression of disease, might halt also but reduction not happen much. So all above factor decide what need to be done
