Hi does atherosclerosis develop slowly or fast? Is it seen in individuals under 40? How does it present? Does it grow slowly over say 20-30 years etc? Also at what age does the process begin? I'm a medical student so any help Would be great thanks

Hi doctor, from last 1 and half year I am experiencing pain in the left chest, I dont know for what I am getting this pain.Its a pain that comes and go it will be for a second or two and goes away...in 2017 december i got this pain, I went to cardiologist abd he said everything is fine,then again i went near doctor in may 2018 and he said everything is fine do meditation and yoga after doing 2D echo and ecg.then again in 2019 january I had a test done where ecg 2d echo tmt alp are normal,but still I am getting these pains I got these pains very sharp in January and February...and then i experienced no pain in march and april after using homeopathy tablets for acidity..but even though i m using them sometimes i got pain, and again from last day i m having that pain...and also from 1 month i am having pain in both the hands that comes and go..sometimes in left leg too...near elbows in hands...is anything serious doctor
