Hy sir my name is sanjay jain. My age is 28. Mene angiography karai usme 30 parentage blockage hai uska treatment

Iam suffering from anxiety related hypertension . Iam using bp tab olmezesrh20. Iam taking bp reading by automated bp monitor. My first reading always high than other readings. During first reading iam very anxious. It shows little bit high like 135/83. After two minutes iam taking another reading it shows as 115/75. Third reading shows 114/75. WHICH reading should be considered? My bpmaximum 140 and 85. is it ok? Pls suggest. Regards.

I have left side chest pain from 5 months. I did ecg echo tmt troponinie test and all came normal. That time i was cleared from cardio. My chest pain again started. So i want to ask you can things become change in 5 months. Do i have any heart related issue.

From last 1 month, majorly during morning hours my heart rate shoots up to 120 that too without any exercise. At this time I can't breathe properly and everything goes blank. Increased heart rate rests for about 10 minutes. It happens once or twice a week. What could be the problem? Whenever it happened to me, I was always sitting quietly.
