Heart Problems & Remedies

I am suffering from ibs and acid reflux from 5yrs but last year I knew it I have high blood pressure it goes 170/80 after taking medicine it 130/80 or 140/80.I have done all blood test last year before 3 days I have done cbc test. I have problem releated to digestion but blood pressure goes very high after water change or area change. I am not getting fix reason and proper treatment.

High blood pressure control require. From 2years suffering from hypertension. Taking medicine metzok 50 daily.

Chest pain on left hand side, pain in left back and left hand. The pain is frequent, not sure if it is muscle related or not. Weight is 55kg, height is 161cm

Feeling very fatigued and some weakness in whole body if I do some excercise. Bp also low. Ecg done . Please check ecg f it's normal

Today I was going to check up with some other doctor. He check my BP in right hand it's 112/70 and left hand 90/60. Is this any problem?

I have no heart pain but I feel difficulties in breathing .when I take breath feel pressure on chest and back. And heaviness on chestIs it symptoms of heart failure or heart attack. My ecg and echo are ok

Hello Doctor I went to one of the hospital for gastric problem. Where doctor advice to take troponin which came as positive 0.03. But when I consulted with my family doctor he advised me to take second opinion. Which I took in MMM where they diagnosed and said as negative. I am bit in confusion state which one to take it now. Please advise.

Got this report just now.. my uncle was feeling heavy and could not breadth this morning.. and whole day he was sleeping and was feeling dizziness and chest pain... Please assist what to do !!! Please check the ECG report attached
