Hi, I am 30 and had a lipid profile test . I got tryglceride as 241 mg/dl Hdl 43 Ldl 123 I had a beer at 11pm and cheese pizza at 8 pm..I got test next day at 9 am. Please tell me if beer had affect on test or I should go visit doctor

Hello, The concern is regarding my maternal uncle.He had a chest pain today and was admitted to hospital.After initial diagnosis in the hospital they found that there are 4 blockages and had a mild heart attack as well today.In this circumstances could you please let me know what needs to be done?? I am having pain in my left arm since last three-four days.kindly guide what could be the reason behind it. I am 47 years old male and had heart attack aronud eight months back.I regularly walk/Jog on treadmill for 49 min regularly and do other exercises also.My ef Is 55%. Three months back Stress echo was done and it was fine. Earlier i was not having any left arm pain.It gets worse if I raise my hand . Kindly guide if it is heart related otherwise kindly suggest pain killer.
