When take Breathe it hurts under breast and feel pain on left side.It stay for 15mints,and happens sometime.

I Have slight burning sensation on my right side of the chest at abrupt intervals throught the day .I have been eating a lot junk food and have got a had posture and forward head since last few months .I have alot belly fat and have gained some kgs since last year.I had no such problem a year back and had an excellent stamina but since last may I have had pretty much a sedentary lifestyle with a lot junk pizza ,burger consumption as well as home food twice a day.I also get tired quickly with a short walk.Please help me if I should undergo a heart checkup.

Hi, im 38 years old male. presently my BP varies between 120/90, 130/90 and max on stressful days at 140/90. It also is some times 120/80 . When I was randomly diagnosed for the first time it was 150/100. Now after lifestyle changes and walking for 1 hr a day, my readings remain in the above mentioned range.i was initially told to start telma 40mg. I took these tabs for 3 months. Now from 2 months I'm taking telma 20mg. Still the BP range is same with lifestyle changes made. I have a very active lifestyle and I'm on a vegetarian diet with occasional non-vegetarian food. Is there anything more I can adopt, to make the readings better? Tests for kidney, heart and liver are all normal. Can I come out of BP medication?

My blood pressure wuld always be doing between 130/80-140/90,n iam recently on inderal 10mg twice daily for anxiety disorder,but still my blood pressure wont come down...i feel pulsating sensation in my thighs n in my eyes,and  suddenly i feel like i have some pain in my chest...what can help me

Last 6 month i did 3 cbc test wr my hb count comeing 19.6 once and 18 at twice all other reports are normal .am i at any high risk health problem pls advice
