I am 58 years old. I have diabetes for 21 years. I have mild graded left ventricular hypertrophy. Should I worry ?

Got 2D echo, CT scan of the head and Blood reports done. The reports were normal, but the CT scan of the head report mentions chronic ischemic changes involving Mild confluent hypodensities in bilateral periventicular region. What does it mean? What are the medications to treat it? I have had high blood pressure around 160/90 since last 1 month, but after medication it is around 135-145/90. Thanks in advance

My mother had a chest pain complain on 23rd February.she has undergone thorough enjogram and her report are normal in 2d echo color doppler report but left atrium is 4.0cm. Weather she needs a stent surgery on urgent basis or can wait for some days

I'm currently 4 months past open heart surgery for triple bypass. Since my doctor encouraged me to walk, I've gradually increased the duration and distance and now walking totally around 9.5 km per day. Is it advisable and safe to do this much of walking 4 months after open heart surgery?

I am feeling pressure, tightness on upper left chest and pain in left arm for quite some days. On climbing stairs, I get exhausted and pain, tightness of chest increasea which reduce on rest. Physician told no heart issue and recommended Pexep CR-12.5, Pregabin NT for 2 months. Kindly advise if any further opinion or test required

When i stand up in the morning my heart beat in increasing .. sometimes it be constant and ...alll heart report are normal like eco tmt ecg holter ... And when i take food my heart beat also increasing some time ... And breathing is too short when heart beat is increasing .. what can i do..??
